Prior to 13 March 2017, crystal teleport seeds were recharged for (a minimum of) 150 coins, granting 3 charges, or with 150 harmonic dust, granting 4 charges. While there are several places that players can meet Eluned or Ilfeen, the recharging service can be completed anywhere by using the spell NPC Contact and talking to Eluned / Islwyn. Partially charged crystals can not be recharged. These elves can recharge more than one crystal at once and they are able to charge them in their noted form. The recharge count is by player, rather than by crystal. The cost of recharging with elves decreases after each recharge. This method of charging adds eight charges to the seed. The elves, Eluned ( Islwyn after The Light Within) or Ilfeen, can be paid to recharge crystal teleport seeds. Crystal teleport seeds obtained from Elf warriors are initially uncharged. A crystal teleport seed can only be recharged if it is completely out of charges. The crystal teleport seed has eight teleport charges when initially received and, when used up, can be recharged in several ways. This will only work when carrying one seed, carrying multiple seeds will prevent the teleport from being added. ^ Talking to Eluned or Islwyn with a one-charged crystal teleport seed in the inventory adds a right-click option to teleport outside the Temple of Light or to Lletya.Coal, mithril, adamantite, and runite rocks.Harmony pillars and the Harmony pillar farmer.Soft clay mine, pottery wheel, and oven.
Players may have to speak to Eluned in forest South of Lletya (not via the NPC contact spell) if their crystal teleport seed is missing any right click options that should be unlocked. The Prifddinas option opens a dialogue box which allows the player to teleport to any of the eight elf clan districts in the city. The crystal teleport seed has four right click options which can be unlocked after the appropriate quests have been completed (see below).
